These girls absolutely nailed it! From consultation to final result, I was looked after and satisfied every step of the way. I needed a colour correction to fix another salons horrendous foil work, and Mia Bella went above and beyond to get my hair looking fantastic. I will definitely be back. Thank you!
The team at Mia Bella are absolutely fantastic. I’m always warmly welcomed with a smile by the girls every time I visit. Lauren and Shanti take the time to listen to what I’m after and share their expert advice to help guide my hair choices. I couldn’t speak more highly of them or the salon, consistently a wonderful experience.
I recently had my hair cut by Lauren and had an amazing experience. I came in to be pampered as I am currently 7 months postpartum and I left feeling so rejuvenated. Lauren understood exactly what I was asking for and my hair looks better than I expected. All the staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. Will definitely be going back for more. Please, please avoid this hair salon at all costs. I had a really bad experience with their hairdresser Rachel, then with their manager and finally with the co-owner of the place. Without going into detail about my interactions with them, safe to say the manager was absolute worst, by yelling at me and accusing without properly investigating the situation.. I booked a long hair styling appointment with Mia online- my first visit at this salon. Unfortunately, from the moment I arrived, the experience was disappointing. There was no greeting or warm welcome—I felt as though my presence was unwelcome. I requested straightened and styled hair for an event.
