This was by far the BEST Souvlaki I have had! I had the Lamb Souvlaki in a Large Combo, and the chips were fresh and cooked so well! The store owner also informed me that he is a new franchisee of this store and hes done an amazing job! The ambiance of the store is great and Greek music playing is the perfect addition. I would definitely reccomend my order.
I went to this shop on 22/06/2025 at 1:50 pm and asked for a chicken souvlaki with an Uber discount and the guy working there refused my order, so I left the shop pissed off. Thanks for the previous discounts but this 1 star is a particulary for the guy working there. I feel sory for the business owner but that is what the google review is for.
Having never been to this chain before, I must admit I was rather disappointed in the end. Paid $25 for a double meat lamb souvlaki, and a 300ml Pepsi max but as per the photos there was SFA meat in it. I would be horrified to see the amount of meat in the standard souvlaki was. I am not the kind person to complain to the staff, rather I will vote with my feet and not return to this particular outlet as there are plenty of places out there which will certainly be better value for money. Under new management and now the best halal souvlaki in Heidelberg. Great service by Ibby and the team and cheap prices. Would recommend!
Order here quite often because I'm lazy and I love souvlaki, but the experience is often awful. Can't get an order right. Charged wrong (nearly double),.. always something missing or not following the order notes. Also if you don't have strawberries, then don't sell the Nutella and strawberries souvlaki. It's just disgusting.
